Tyler ends 2014/2015 with international tournament win

Saturday, June the 20th. 2015Today marked the last competitive game for Tyler in his 2014/2015 football season. It ended with his team (MSV Duisburg) winning the fourth edition of the SCHARR Nations Cup ( an international tournament with 28 teams) in Stuttgart. Tyler played a very great competition scoring 4 goals in all during the tournament.

He had a spectacular play at the finals and could arguably be called the man of the match (if such a trophy were to be awarded). He opened scores in the early minutes of the game, made and assist to 2-0 and was stopped by the cross bar from scoring a second goal.

In all, there was great team play in the MSV Duisburg team.

This season saw Tyler’s team being 7th on the Revier Cup league table, with Borussia Dortmund being the winner. Tyler scored 23 goals in 19 games making him the top scorer for his team.

As of our recorded games on this site (some were not), he scored 88 goals in friendly and tournament games combined.

We acknowledge the development Tyler has made and thank MSV Duisburg for the training. He progresses next year to the U12 team on a larger football pitch.
